Here are some of my go to's to feel more energised. 1. Nourish your body with whole natural food full of nutrients
2. Drink lots of water try to drink at least 8 glasses a day /2 litres
3. Get some sunshine ☀️ on that body of yours
4. Breathing Techniques when your low on energy. Stop and breathe. Use the 4 in hold for 4 and 4 out for four minutes
5. Exercise. Move that body however you want to
6. Music 🎶 Put on your favourite music that lights you up
7. Meditation. This practice will help energise you
8. Get out in Nature. Get grounded in the earth, take off your shoes 👠 take in the fresh air and
smells.
9. Detox, eliminate toxins ( Epsom salt)
